I approach birth as a sacred portal, that is with the utmost honor to witness and hold space for. I’ve been working as a full spectrum birth worker (doula) last eight years supporting families across the tri state area . Over the years I have trained with many wise teachers relearning and reimagining birth beyond the systems. I have a background studying in hypnobirthing , had the privilege of attending a mentorship program in 2020 with Chanel Porchia Albert of Ancient Song. Became a Birth Assistant is 2021 through learning from Midwife Nubia Earth Martin of Birth from the Earth.

Over the years I’ve continued to be passionate about learning traditional postpartum ways of healing. Learned through Midwife Tema Mercado of La Matriz Birth and Divine Bailey Nicholas of Divine Birth Wisdom. I’ve worked in community birthwork and with advocates to demand change in the system that continues to fail many marginalized families in need in the city and country. This is the heart of the work and it’s been truly an honor to continue to serve.

Reiki is an ancient healing practice. Rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 1800s in Japan.  The simple but powerful movement of laying of hands is a global healing practice.

Reiki is a technique working with the physical, emotional and mental bodies. Energy work has been known to help with stress, relaxing the body, releasing tension, returning to homeostasis. 

Reiki Master attuned from Aki Baker and Manu del Prete at MINKA BROOKLYN 2024. I started my Reiki journey is 2017, and have experience over the years, working with elders to infants and truly is one of my favorite healing modalities. I was first drawn to learn more about reiki after my first time experiencing an reiki session and receiving a profound downloads and beautiful releases.

In the studies of Kundalini Yoga, its threefold structure body, mind and soul. Completed Kundalini Raj Life Teacher Training with Siri Rishi Kaur atTemple 143 in 2022.

Dyal Chand, is my Kundalini spiritual name which means one who's kind and compassionate self walk in light of the beautiful moon. If we allow ourselves we can connect to the moon,  and to all elements, as an aid to help deepen our connection to our own internal and external cycles.

Birth Art is a practice of embodied learning; A way to come back into the body through art and journaling. Taught and adapted from Birthing From Within. 

An active and gentle exploration process to bring forth overlooked resources and strengths to conscious awareness. While drawing about a topic, people feel rather than just think about what it means. Their focus shifts and their learning becomes personal and embodied. The brain shifts into a more primitive way of thinking.

With a deep commitment to both the well-being of families and the health of our planet, our mission is to reduce environmental waste by offering gently used maternity and baby items that might otherwise be discarded.

We provide these resources, along with heartfelt support and a community of care, to families in need. Through this effort, we aim to ensure that every family has access to the essentials they deserve while also promoting sustainability and reducing our collective environmental footprint.
